# The Marketing Strategy Sprint: a full strategy in four weeks

Fourteen deliverables, fixed scope, fixed price quoted at discovery. Every engagement starts here.

## Who the Sprint is for

A marketing strategy sprint compresses what a consultancy delivers in a quarter into 3–4 weeks of fixed-scope work. It fits three situations:

### You’re a Founder or CEO running growth directly.

Funding is in, the first marketing hire is postponed or underperforming, and you need a strategic map before committing to retainers or headcount.

### You run an established business with a neglected website.

Revenue is real, the site is not pulling its weight, and nobody on the team owns organic. You need a diagnosis and a plan, not another opinion.

### You’re a VP Marketing preparing a budget case.

You need defensible data: where the demand is, what competitors rank for, and what it takes to win, documented for the board.

## Commercial terms

### Fixed price, quoted at discovery.

Scope is identical for every Sprint, so the quote is a number, not an estimate. No hourly billing, no scope drift.

### Single invoice at kickoff, net-14.

One Statement of Work covers scope, timeline, and deliverables. Signed before week 1, paid on one invoice.

### 3–4 weeks, calendar-committed.

Kickoff and delivery dates are written into the SOW. The Sprint runs on a calendar, not in a pipeline queue.

### Runs in your environment.

The production setup is configured in your own Claude Code workspace, under your accounts and API keys, with budget limits set during configuration. Model usage stays on your subscription: no pass-through billing, no markup.

### Pilot terms.

The first clients work at reduced terms in exchange for a publishable case study. Ask during discovery.

## Yours at Sprint end

- The semantic core
- Every SERP analysis
- The site structure and the templates
- The strategy document
- The scripts
- A <code>CLAUDE.md</code> configured for your team to run production without us

## What buyers ask before a Sprint

**Why is the Sprint fixed-price instead of hourly?**

Because the scope is fixed: the same 13-phase pipeline and the same fourteen deliverables, every time. Hourly billing prices in uncertainty; we removed the uncertainty by productizing the work. You get a quote at discovery, one invoice, and a calendar-committed timeline.

**What do you need from me to start?**

Access to Google Search Console and your analytics, your positioning materials, and past campaign data if it exists. SEMrush is on us. Your time cost is the intake call, a weekly 30-minute sync, and the site-structure sign-off in week 3.

**Is this an SEO audit?**

No. An audit tells you what’s broken. The Sprint delivers the strategy and the production system: a clustered semantic core, SERP analyses, an approved site structure, page templates, and a configured setup your team can run. An audit is one input; it’s included when you have an existing site.

**What happens if my team isn’t ready to execute at Sprint end?**

Nothing is lost. The deliverables are designed to be executed later: by the <a href="/services/ai-growth-marketing-team">retainer</a>, by your team with the CLAUDE.md setup, or after a pause. Search demand shifts slowly; a quarterly refresh of the semantic core keeps the strategy current.

**Can I extend the Sprint if scope expands?**

The Sprint itself stays fixed; that is what makes the price and timeline reliable. Genuine scope expansions become a new Statement of Work, and most of them land naturally in the retainer or an <a href="/services/automation-advisory">Automation Advisory</a> engagement.

**What if discovery shows the Sprint isn’t the right fit?**

We tell you on the call. The qualifier is three tests: organic demand in your category, decision authority, and baseline assets. If one fails, you leave the call knowing what to fix first, and we don’t take the engagement.

**What happens if the scripts break after the Sprint?**

Every transfer includes a 90-day support window: if Anthropic, Google, or another provider changes an API and something stops working, we fix it at no cost within that window. After it closes, repairs and extensions are fixed-scope <a href="/services/automation-advisory">Automation Advisory</a> projects. The scripts themselves are plain, documented Python under your account, so any developer you trust can maintain them without us.

## Ready to start with a Sprint?

A 30-minute discovery call: we check fit against the three tests, walk the scope, and quote the fixed price. If it’s not a match, we say so.
