AI growth marketing

# Your AI marketing team, delivered in weeks and transferred at the end.

One strategist designs the playbook. AI agents trained on your business, competitors, and search landscape execute. Content, SEO, and optimization from day one. When the engagement ends, you keep the system.

The engagement, in four movements

I

Discovery

Intake, audit, research enrichment.

II

Strategy Sprint

Dossier, semantic core, architecture.

III

Execution

Content, optimization, reporting.

IV

Transfer

Agents & archive move to your team.

fractional leadership mandates

The numbers behind the model: one strategist producing the output of a full team, in parallel, under real conditions.

The build-or-rent problem

## Three ways to build marketing. Each fails the same test.

### The full-time CMO

Six months to hire. Twelve months to impact. A $250K+ loaded cost before the first page ranks. For a company that needs the organic channel working this year, the math doesn’t close.

### The agency

Quarters-long retainers, a proprietary stack you never see, and reporting that defends the invoice. When the contract ends, the system leaves with the vendor. That is the business model.

### The solo consultant

Senior judgment, one person’s output. A fractional CMO sets direction, but execution still needs hands: content, pages, analysis. Strategy without production capacity stalls by month two.

The test is simple: senior judgment, team-scale output, and a system that stays when the engagement ends. THE·HINE was architected to pass all three.

The method

## How it works.

Four movements. The last one is the point: everything we build becomes yours.

Week 1

### Discovery

Intake and materials audit: your analytics, your positioning, your competitors. Research enrichment fills the gaps in what exists.

Weeks 2–4

### Strategy Sprint

The full pipeline: company dossier, semantic core, SERP analyses, site architecture, page templates, and the strategy document that ties them together.

Retainer, optional

### Execution

Content production, page optimization, monthly reporting, all run by agents configured for your business. Every deliverable passes an automated validation gate, then strategist review, before you see it.

At engagement end

### Transfer

The configured agents, the instruction set, the data, and the scripts move to your team’s account.

The system you keep

Every agent on this diagram becomes yours. No retention. No usage fees. No invisible stack that leaves with us.

What we do

## Three engagements. Fixed scope, fixed timeline.

Three fixed-scope AI marketing services. Each one ends with a transfer.

[Strategy

### Strategy Sprint

The entry point; every client starts here. A full performance marketing strategy: semantic core, SERP analyses, site architecture, page templates, prioritized roadmap.

Every engagement is fixed-price. We quote at discovery, once scope is clear, not after a quarter of billable exploration.

On ownership

## When the engagement ends, you own the system.

Most AI marketing agencies treat their stack as the moat. We treat the transfer as the product. At engagement end, you own:

That’s the difference.

- The configured AI agents: content production, optimization, reporting
- The instruction set your team uses to run them (CLAUDE.md)
- The semantic core: raw data and clustered analysis
- The automation scripts: collection, merging, reporting
- The full deliverables archive: dossier, competitive analysis, SERP analyses, strategy

Everything under your account. No retention. No usage fees.

Selected work

## Where the model has already run.

### B2B fintech / lending software

A 16-month engagement. Built the organic channel from an underperforming baseline into the primary inbound funnel: semantic core, SERP-driven site architecture, template-based content production.

### R&D outstaffing

The full strategy pipeline delivered in one quarter, from dossier to site architecture to page templates, with the complete deliverables archive transferred at close.

Direct hands-on experience spans fintech and lending, hosting and infrastructure, consumer internet products at scale, AI products, and trading software. Specific metrics are shared under NDA during discovery.

The premise

We don’t rent you results. We build the system, and hand you the keys.

The practice

## Credibility comes from the method.

A performance marketing practice: 10 years of operating experience, 7 companies, B2B and B2C, one AI-augmented fractional-team model. The methodology is documented as a 13-phase pipeline, from raw company materials to SERP-justified, ranked pages, and it transfers with every engagement. Credibility comes from the method and the delivered work, not from a résumé.

The practice, on the record

Pipeline

**13 documented phases**, from raw company materials to SERP-justified, ranked pages.

Artifact

The methodology is codified as a skill artifact and a CLAUDE.md; both transfer with every engagement.

Model

One strategist orchestrating an AI agent layer: research, content, optimization, and reporting, run in parallel.

Proof

The model carried 3–4 concurrent CMO-level mandates between 2022 and 2026. Specific metrics shared under NDA at discovery.

Questions, answered

## Questions founders ask before booking.

What’s the difference between THE·HINE and a traditional marketing agency?

An agency sells ongoing access to its team and tools; when the retainer ends, the capability leaves. THE·HINE builds a marketing system inside your business: one strategist designs it, AI agents execute it, and at engagement end the configured system transfers to your account. The model is closer to building an in-house team than to renting an AI marketing agency.

What does “you own the agents” mean, exactly?

At engagement end you receive the configured AI agents for content production, optimization, and reporting, plus the instruction set your team uses to run them, the semantic core data, and the automation scripts. The value sits in the knowledge base compiled into those agents: your proof points, your cases, your customers’ language, your semantic data, turned into system instructions. The same code without it is an empty editor. All of it sits under your own accounts. No retention, no usage fees, no dependency on us to keep the system running.

How is this different from hiring a fractional CMO?

A fractional CMO gives you senior judgment for a slice of the week: direction without production capacity. THE·HINE pairs the same strategic judgment with an AI agent team that executes: content, pages, analysis, reporting. You get the decisions and the output, in parallel.

What industries do you work with?

Industry matters less than three tests: meaningful organic search demand in your category, a decision-maker who can commit, and a site with analytics access. Direct hands-on experience covers fintech and lending, hosting and infrastructure, consumer internet products, AI products, and trading software, in both B2B and B2C.

Do you guarantee specific traffic or ranking results?

No. A guarantee like that elsewhere should read as a red flag. Organic results depend on variables nobody fully controls. What we guarantee instead is fit: at discovery we build a forecast from the real search demand in your category, and if the channel doesn’t look like it pays back, we don’t take the engagement. Past that gate, the commitment is the system: every recommendation traced to data, every deliverable shipped against a defined scope, and measurable baselines so progress is visible month over month.

What do I need to provide to get started?

Access to your analytics (Google Search Console and GA4), your existing site, and two to three hours of stakeholder time in week one for intake. The methodology handles the rest; research enrichment fills the gaps in your materials.

Can my internal team continue running the system after the engagement?

Yes, that is the design goal. The transfer includes the documentation your team needs to operate and extend the system. The Automation Advisory tier exists for exactly this: training your team on the workflow until it runs without us.

What if I just want the strategy, not the retainer?

The Strategy Sprint is self-contained: 3–4 weeks, a full deliverables package, no obligation to continue. Every client starts there. The retainer exists for teams that want execution handled; the Sprint alone leaves you with the playbook and the system to run it.

Why isn’t pricing listed on the site?

Every engagement is fixed-price and fixed-scope, quoted at the discovery call once scope is clear. The structure is always the same: a defined deliverables list, a defined timeline, one number. No hourly billing, no open-ended retainers.
